About Royal Dubai Movers

We are a Dubai moving company built around the parts of a move that usually go wrong: the quote, the paperwork and the handover.

Who we are

Royal Dubai Movers is a moving and packing company based in Dubai, working across the emirate and out to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. We move apartments, villas, offices, shops and single pieces of furniture, and we store what will not fit into the new place yet.

Dubai is a city where almost everyone moves. Leases run a year at a time, families upgrade, companies change buildings, and the last week of every month is a queue of trucks outside towers. That constant churn means there is no shortage of people with a pickup and a phone number calling themselves movers.

The difference shows up in the details. Whether the quote you were given is the price you actually pay. Whether anyone applied for the move out permit. Whether the crew brought enough blankets, or whether your dining table is going to travel bare against a metal truck wall. We built this company around getting those things right, every time, and being straight with people about what a job will cost before they commit.

How we work

The promises we make and keep

These are not slogans. They are the things you can hold us to on the day.

A fixed price before we load

We survey the job, put the number in writing and stand by it. No hourly meter running while your lift is booked, and no charge added on the day.

Your building paperwork handled

Move in and move out permits, service lift booking and security deposits are arranged with your community management before the truck arrives.

Packed properly, not rushed

Double wall cartons, bubble wrap, furniture blankets and corner guards come as standard. Fragile items are wrapped in your home, never in the truck.

The same crew from start to finish

One supervisor owns your move, takes your calls and is on site until the last box is placed in the room you asked for.

Closed trucks, clean blankets

Dubai dust and summer heat stay outside. Every vehicle is fully enclosed and every blanket is washed between jobs.

We put it back together

Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and TV brackets are dismantled, carried and reassembled in the new place. You do not need a handyman afterwards.

Why we quote fixed instead of by the hour

An hourly rate looks cheaper on the phone and is usually more expensive by the evening. It moves every risk onto you. If the service lift is occupied, if building security sends the crew round to a back entrance, if traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road is heavy, the clock keeps running and your bill grows for reasons you could not control.

A fixed price puts that risk on us, which is where it belongs. It also forces us to be honest at the survey, because if we send too small a crew to win the job we lose money on it, not you. That is why we ask to see the home before quoting, and why we would rather take ten minutes on a video call than give you a number that changes later.

What we will tell you that others might not

If moving mid month instead of on the 30th would save you money, we say so. If the job needs two smaller trucks because your loading bay has a height restriction, we say so before the day rather than discovering it on site. If an item genuinely should be moved by a specialist rather than by us, we say that too.

We would rather lose a booking than take one on a promise we cannot keep. Read more about our moving company services, or see everything we do.

Our process

What working with us looks like

  1. Tell us what you are moving

Send a WhatsApp video walk through of your home or book a free survey. Ten minutes is usually enough for a flat, a little longer for a villa.

  2. Get a written fixed quote

You receive a price in writing the same day with the crew size, truck size, materials and any lift or permit charges listed separately.

  3. We pack and load

The crew arrives on the agreed date with all materials. Everything is inventoried, wrapped, labelled by room and loaded in a closed truck.

  4. We unload and set up

Boxes go to the right rooms, furniture is reassembled, and we take all the empty cartons and wrapping away with us.

Service area

Areas we cover across Dubai

We move households and businesses right across the emirate, and we also work in Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. If your community is not on this list, call us anyway.

The highlighted areas have a page of their own with the local detail. Tell us where you are moving and we will confirm what your building needs before you book a date.

Talk to us

Ask us anything before you book

No call centre and no pressure. Tell us what you are moving and when, and we will tell you honestly what it involves and what it will cost.

Questions

About us, your questions answered

Are Royal Dubai Movers licensed and insured?

We operate as a licensed moving company in Dubai and we carry cover for the goods we handle. If you are moving high value items such as art, antiques or a piano, tell us at the survey and declare the value, because high value cover is arranged on a declared basis rather than assumed. Ask for the cover to be written into your quote so it is documented rather than verbal.

Who will actually turn up at my home?

A supervisor and a crew sized to the job, in a closed truck, with all the materials on board. The supervisor introduces themselves, walks the home with you before anything is touched, and stays reachable on the phone for the whole job. You are not handed to a different person halfway through.

What languages do your crews speak?

English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu are spoken across our teams, and there will always be someone on site you can talk to directly. This matters more than people expect, because most moving day problems are solved by a clear conversation on the spot.

Do you work with landlords and real estate agents?

Regularly. Agents call us when a tenant needs to be out on a fixed date and the handover inspection has to be clean. We protect floors, lift walls and door frames at both ends, which is usually what a building deposit is actually covering.

What happens if something is damaged?

Tell the supervisor before the crew leaves and note it on the delivery sheet. We photograph any existing marks before we wrap an item, and we walk through with you at the end. Damage raised on the day is straightforward to resolve. Damage raised a week later is very difficult for anyone to verify, which is why that final walk through matters.

Can I visit an office or meet you before booking?

The most useful meeting is the free survey at your own home, because that is where the job actually is. If you would rather talk first, call 052 380 9792 or email hello@royaldubaimovers.com and we will answer anything before you commit.

Tell us what you are moving and we will price it today

A free survey in person or over WhatsApp video, then a fixed written quote. No obligation.
