Moving outside working hours
Almost every commercial move we do in Dubai happens in the evening, overnight or across a weekend. That is partly for your business and partly because most towers restrict goods lift access during office hours anyway.
Working out of hours needs preparation rather than heroics. Building permits have to cover the night slot, security needs the crew list in advance, and someone from your side has to be reachable for decisions. We sort the first two and tell you clearly what we need from you for the third.
Desks, chairs and the things that break
Office furniture is designed to be assembled once and left alone. Desks with cable trays, height adjustable frames and glass partition panels are the items most often damaged in a badly run move, because they get dragged rather than dismantled.
We take desks down properly, keep the fixings with the frame, wrap glass in bubble and board rather than blanket alone, and move screens in purpose made crates. Chairs are stacked on trolleys, not carried by the armrest.
Your IT and your paperwork
We disconnect, label and transport computers, monitors, printers and network hardware, and we set them back on the right desks. We do not reconfigure your network or your servers, and you should not want us to. Have your IT provider present at the shutdown and the restart, and we will work to their sequence.
Files and records are moved in sealed and numbered crates so a box of client records cannot quietly go missing. If you have documents with a retention obligation, tell us at the survey and they will be moved on their own manifest.

How much does a removal company in Dubai charge for an office move?
Commercial moves are priced from a site survey, because the cost is driven by the number of workstations, the lift and loading access at both buildings, and whether the work is in or out of hours. How long does an office move take?
A small office of ten to fifteen desks is usually a single overnight job. Fifty desks upward is normally a weekend, often phased so one department moves ahead of the others. The survey gives you a realistic schedule rather than an optimistic one.
Can you move us in stages so we keep trading?
Yes, and for shops and clinics it is usually the right answer. We move back office and storage first, then the customer facing area overnight, so you close for the shortest possible time.
Do you provide crates or do we buy boxes?
We provide reusable crates as part of the job and collect them afterwards. They stack better than cartons, they seal, and they do not collapse when a crate of files sits on top of them.
Who handles the building permits?
We do, at both ends, including the out of hours access approval. What we need from you is the tenancy documentation and a contact at each building who can sign. Start this early, because building management is the most common reason a commercial move date slips.
Can you store furniture between the two leases?
