We survey the job, put the number in writing and stand by it. No hourly meter running while your lift is booked, and no charge added on the day.

Move in and move out permits, service lift booking and security deposits are arranged with your community management before the truck arrives.

Double wall cartons, bubble wrap, furniture blankets and corner guards come as standard. Fragile items are wrapped in your home, never in the truck.

Sending a three ton truck to a studio move costs you money for space you do not use. Sending a pickup to a villa means three trips and a long day. We size the vehicle at the survey so the job finishes in one run.
1 ton pickup
Studios, single rooms, a few pieces of furniture, a Dubizzle collection or a small junk clearance. Quick to park and cheap to run, so the saving reaches you.
3 ton closed truck
One to four bedroom homes, office moves and anything that must stay out of the dust and the heat. Fully enclosed, blanket lined and loaded so nothing shifts in transit.

The crew arrives on the agreed date with all materials. Everything is inventoried, wrapped, labelled by room and loaded in a closed truck.
We unload and set up
Boxes go to the right rooms, furniture is reassembled, and we take all the empty cartons and wrapping away with us.

The questions we are asked most often before a move in Dubai.
How much do movers and packers in Dubai charge?
There is no single number, because the cost is driven by how much you own, how much packing you want done and the access at both buildings. A studio with a service lift at each end is a very different job from a four bedroom villa with stairs. We give a fixed written price after a free survey, which takes about ten minutes over WhatsApp video. Call 052 380 9792 and we will do it while you are on the line.
How far in advance should I book a mover in Dubai?
Two to five days is comfortable for an apartment and about a week for a villa, mostly because building move in and move out permits take a couple of working days to come through. The last three days of the month are the busiest moving period in Dubai, so book earlier if your tenancy ends then. We do take same day work when a crew and truck are free.
Do you handle the building permits and the service lift?
Yes. We apply for the move out permit at the building you are leaving and the move in permit at the new one, book the service lift slot and deal with the refundable deposit that many towers hold against damage to the lobby and the lift. You sign what needs your signature and we do the chasing. Closing and opening your DEWA account is separate and stays with you.
Will you pack everything or can I pack some of it myself?
Either way works. Most customers ask us to pack the kitchen, the glassware and the wardrobes and handle their own clothes, books and shoes, which is a real saving. If you pack your own cartons, use proper double wall boxes rather than supermarket boxes and do not fill a large carton with books, because it will split when it is lifted.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, and it is included rather than an extra. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, desks and TV brackets come apart before they are carried and are rebuilt at the new place before the crew leaves. The fixings for each item go into a labelled bag taped to that piece of furniture so nothing goes missing.
